Joe Dennehy, CHA, CFBE
Joe has over 35 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. Joe began his career at the internationally acclaimed Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Early in his career, Joe worked with the New York Hilton, Chicago Hilton and Towers, Palmer House, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Grand Hyatt New York, Dromoland Castle, and the Limerick and Clare Inns in Ireland. Joe served as a Vice President for Adam's Mark Hotels, Lincoln Hotel Company, Lodging Hospitality Management, and Signature Hospitality. Joe supervised inaugural events for Presidents Ronald Regan and George W. Bush and also oversaw all protocol and service for the G20 Pittsburgh Conference, personally supervising the catered events hosted by Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geitner and President Barack Obama. Prior to joining Talent Connect, Joe oversaw food service operations for Levy Restaurants in St. Louis, serving the Scottrade Center, Edward Jones Dome, and Peabody Opera House. Joe was born in Ireland, grew up in New York, and has called St. Louis home for the past 20+ years.

Alex joined Talent Connect/UCP in 2014 as an Employment Coordinator. Born in Alton, IL, Alex started his career in Chicago headhunting for ad agencies and in the healthcare technology and management field. 10 years later, he moved back to St. Louis and served as a corporate recruiter for an international mortgage/finance firm. Since joining UCP, Alex has helped local St. Louisans find and maintain meaningful employment. With Talent Connect, his focus has been on creating permanent employment opportunities within the Hospitality industry. Ever searching for adventure, he enjoys traveling without plans, playing and writing music, and enjoying festivals on Cherokee Street.
Casey recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. Originally from Barrington, IL she moved to the St. Louis area after graduating college. She recently joined the UCP Heartland team in July of 2016 to be an on-site trainer for the Talent Connect Program. She helps the Talent Connect trainees become well-adjusted to their new roles in the hotel and hospitality industry. Before that she worked for Compass Health at an all-women’s rehab facility as an addiction recovery technician.
Jeff joined Talent Connect in 2016. Jeff brings his international experience in education to his position as an on-site trainer. Jeff served in the Peace Corps from 2005-2007 in Ukraine. He also taught English in Japan for a year and worked in Turkey for six years.
